Orders under 150 lbs usually ship via Fed Ex ground service the same day if placed before 1:00pm.  Orders over 150 lbs will ship via one of various freight carriers depending on your location.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund — provided the product is in condition to be re-sold.  A 15% restocking fee will apply for orders of $750 or more.
